After writing the last blog I mentioned the application Shazam and suddenly realised that some of you many have no idea what I am talking about.
Well here goes. Shazam is a very useful app for those of you who want to keep upto date with the music.
This tool has been available for many years at first though mobile phone calls but now with the advent of smart phones it is now available for iPhone, Android, Blackberry, Nokia, Windows Phone 7 and iPad.
What does it do?
So what does it do? Well if you hear a piece you do not know you hold your phone running Shazam up to the music and let it analyse it.
It sends this off to a central database and then the reply comes back with the name of the music. However this will only work with original recordings, your local band doing a live performance will not have the same effect.
So we at Supa Swap think Shazam is fantastic. Read more at their website http://www.shazam.com

Those of you out and about can not fail to have noticed Mr Saxobeat from Romanian recording artist Alexandra Stan. (I am assuming that Stan is a normal Rumanian surname, always makes me think of northern men in cloth caps.)
We simply love this up tempo Euro dance number and even the most conservative of us in the the Supa Swap office have been seen tapping their feet to this. Yes Darren that is you.
Real Sax?
Of course those purists among you may question if the actual saxophone is real or computer generated but when you in a club and the music starts you just feel yourself staring to move to the best, computer generated or not.
I remember the first time I heard this I had to know its name so I Shazamed it just to find its name.
She's worn her hair in cola can rollers, tied it in a bow on the top of her head and dyed it a rainbow of colours. But clearly it was getting all a bit too much for Lady Gaga, who seems to have decided that having no hair at all is now the way to go. The singer left her fans gobsmacked last night, when she performed on TV completely bald.
The Judas star was a guest on Paul O'Grady Live and arrived on the show wearing a bobbed green wig which matched her fringed dress. She immediately took to a piano which had been covered with brown curly hair, to perform the promotional song from her new album, aptly called Hair.
She sat down at the piano and took off the green wig - which she hung up in front of her - revealing a bald head underneath, before launching into the song. Halfway through, she paused, grabbed her wig and put it back on her head as she finished the tune, all the time surrounded by fire.
Of course, Lady Gaga hasn't gone and done a Britney Spears, but was just wearing a skin-coloured skull cap to hide her real hair underneath.
Multi-platinum pop/R’n’B singer and songwriter Jason Derulo is back at the top of the UK Singles Chart this week as new release Don’t Wanna Go Home flies straight to number one and Supa Swap Music Room totally are in love with this track!. Derulo scored his first UK Singles Chart number one last year with In My Head, the follow-up to his debut Watcha Say (2009) which peaked at number three in the UK. He has gone on to sell some 13 million singles worldwide to date. In the UK Albums Chart, Lady Gaga’s album Born This Way bounces back to the summit for a second stint at number one having previously spent two weeks at the top spot when it was first released back in May.
He was tipped as the 'dark horse' in the competition by judge Amanda Holden.
And last night singer Jai McDowell became the surprise winner of this year's Britain's Got Talent and the team at Supa Swap are thrilled for him!
The 24-year-old Scot beat bookies favourite, singer Ronan Parke and third place New Bounce to the £100,000 prize and will perform in front of the Queen at the Royal Variety Performance later this year.
The final was so close - McDowall just beat Parke by just 2.5 per cent more votes.
A stunned McDowall, a disability support worker from the Ayrshire village of Tarbolton, was lost for words, telling hosts Ant and Dec: 'I feel absolutely amazing, fantastic... it's so much more.'
Proving a gracious loser was 12-year-old Parke, who said: 'I loved it, thank you to everyone who voted. Congratulations Jai.'
McDowall was one of the last acts to perform, singing Josh Groban's To Where You Are.
Supa Swap love Lady Gaga, however we think this video lacks the essence of GAGA!
Lady Gaga’s Born This Way flies to number one in the Official Albums Chart and delivers the biggest first week for an album of 2011 so far with over 215,000 sales, more than the rest of the Top 10 combined, Supa Swap reports.
On hearing the news, Lady Gaga responded: "I feel so honored to have the highest first week sales in the UK this year. I wrote the album's first single Born This Way in Manchester because I was so inspired by the confidence and bravery characteristic of my fans: Little Monsters. To the United Kingdom, thank you for believing in me.”

Adele’s Someone Like You rockets up the Official Singles Chart from last week’s number 47 to become the UK’s new number one, while her new album 21 heads the Official Albums Chart for a 4th week. Supa Swap Music featured Adele last week because of her chart success and now she has done it again... well done Adele.
With single Rolling In the Deep and album 19 also charting Adele is the first living artist to achieve the feat of two Top 5 hits in both the Official Singles Chart and the Official Albums Chart simultaneously since The Beatles back in January 1964.
Adele’s achievement spearheads a huge surge in sales for all the artists who won or performed at the Brit Awards with downloads of live Brit performances surpassing 90,000 sales in just over four days.
We love Lady GaGa at Supa Swap, no matter what position she is in the charts!
